Yes, configure is already set up to use cdparanoia by
default. If it finds it, libcdio is disabled. If you
use --disable-cdparanoia, it will use pkg-config to
check for libcdio and enable/disable it given whether
it was compiled with it's internal cdparanoia or not.
Tested with libcdio compiled with and without it's
internal cdparanoia, and it's working as expected.
