It was checking for libcdio, but not if libcdio had
been compiled with it's internal cdparanoia support,
and trying to link with -lcdio_cdda and
-lcdio_paranoia regardless. The change is to use
pkg-config to check for cdio_paranoia and have it set
the libraries from cdio_paranoia.pc.
