[MPlayer-cygwin] lseek large file fix for mingw

I was using from a while a patch to workaround mingw missing large file
define feature, but since they have not decided to add it, I've made a
patch instead it should work fine (ie it links lseeki64 from msvcrt).

It should work as in linux.
Feedbacks are welcomed.

it applies to mingw runtime 3.9
