[MPlayer-cygwin] rxvt disallows console input on windows?

Actually MPlayer's getch2 emulation code sucks. It can not work with a
special Windows console buffer, which rxvt does not provide.
Probably wouldn't even be so difficult to fix (just a bit of messy
work), but honestly I don't care. Using windows means you're used to all
kinds of annoyances after all :-P
