[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] gui fullscreen switching

This patch modifies how the gui handles fullscreen switching, mainly
when using the sub window. Previously, fullscreen windows were being
handled on the vo level and the sub window was being hidden. This
enables the sub window to be used as the fullscreen window, allowing
more control for context menus and mouse tracking events for future
use.

This fixes fullscreen switching when using the sub window with vo_gl
and vo_gl2. Switching when using the sub window and directx maintains
it's current functionality, as vo_directx is behaving somewhat
unexpectedly. It seems to always want to handle the fullscreen window
regardless of WinID. I will have to take a look at what vo_directx.c is
doing and try to see what I can do.

Furthermore, there are still some issues when resizing the sub window
when using vo_gl and vo_gl2. The video doesn't seem to resize along
with the window. Again, i'll have to look at it and submit a separate
patch if I can find the problem.

Please test the attached patch.
