[MPlayer-cygwin] Fix for further compilation under cygwin

                        Hi!

To enable further compilation I had to rename the function
"static ssize_t getline(char **lineptr, size_t *n, rar_stream_t *stream)"
in vobsub.c, line 230.

gcc complained about conflicting types in stdio.h.

Compilation finished well after change.
I'm not familiar with the procedure.
Do you need a patch or something like that?
