[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] vo_directx.c: CPU hog fix [corrected]

Hi,

during some testing today, I found that my patch was "too aggressive" in
that it suppressed overlay setup in cases where it shouldn't. (It became
evident in a stream that switches the video format halfway inbetween.)

I attached the fixed patch (replacement for the original patch, not a
'patch-of-a-patch').
