[MPlayer-cygwin] my machine is too slow?

I've had ATI TV Recorder for a long time now.

Anyway, it now seems ok ever since I used the package from Erik
Linchpail at http://vayne.fdns.net

This is one of the better releases I must say.

the ati tv recording is what is causing the problem (i think).
