[MPlayer-cygwin] Winvidix 3DLabs GLINT R3/Permedia3 driver trying to use fullscreen. NOVIRUS

It seems completely random. It is like this no matter what
video I play and the files play just fine on my other PCs.
It also plays just fine as long as the play window is smaller
than or equal to 720 in width. Dont normally play files in
larger resolution unless I go fullscreen in which case it's
not a problem anyway but sometimes I do want to play near
fullscreen and just have a small bit at the bottom to show
IRC while watching and that's when it's impossible.
