[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] enable libcdio for cd playback

Sorry, I changed the mkdir check in cddb.c to be a
little safer, and also removed an unnecessary check in
cddb_read_cache(), as opening the file with O_BINARY
seemed to resolve the error.

New patch attached.
