[MPlayer-cygwin] help with 3gpp2 files (no audio support?)

They play fine through quick time though... so there's the rub - do you
think they are any tools I could use to "rip" the audio out of it via the
command line, taking advantage of the quick time decoder on my system - or
even a direction to go in if I wish to develop my own tool to do this?

mp4info says 'audio   Vorbis, 14.320 secs, 14 kbps, 15750 Hz', while
gpac: 'QCELP Audio - Sample Rate 8000 - 1 channel'. I guess latter looks
more like it.

Looks like there's no capable decoder though.
