Hi

I have just recently compiled MPlayer-1.0pre6a on
cygwin and got the following problems:
some DVDs play quite fine. ( like shrek 2 from
Dreamworks). I have other DVDs like the PASSION OF
CHRIST (fom icon prodctions) and DIE ANOTHER DAY that
do not give out sound when i play them . i get a
message which says 'cannot find ''dts'' codec in
libavcodec' and then SPDIF audio output is forced.
Now I want my default audio output to always be the
'spk out' of my sound card.
WHICH ADDITIONAL OPTIONS OR LIBRARIES SHOULD I ADD
before running the configure??
The console output from CONGIFURE(of mplayer), SHREK2
( A DVD that plays normally) and THE PASSION OF CHRIST
( A DVD that does not play normally) are all given
below)

Thanks for your help in advance.

my sound card is C-media under winXP but automatically
detected and used as SIS 7012 under linux (mandrake
10.1).

'config.h' and 'config.mak' contain your configuration
options.
Note: If you alter theses files (for instance CFLAGS)
MPlayer may no longer
compile *** DO NOT REPORT BUGS if you tweak
these files ***

'make' will now compile MPlayer and 'make install'
will install it.
Note: On non-Linux systems you might need to use
'gmake' instead of 'make'.

Please check mtrr settings at /proc/mtrr (see
DOCS/HTML/en/video.html#mtrr)

Check configure.log if you wonder why an autodetection
failed (check whether
the development headers/packages are installed).

If you suspect a bug, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html.
