[MPlayer-cygwin] DirectSound Volume patch

iirc dsound driver doesn't permit balance to be controlled, win32 output
drivers has it, I would suggest to make mixer_setvolume return a value,
currently in the gui that erik and me are developing (in the last time
only erik :P) I've made a check after setting the volume, using dshow
with different levels has no effect, it would be great to kwnon if the
volume setting was ok.
