[MPlayer-cygwin] DirectSound Volume patch

Hi to all

I have made a litte modification in the directsound driver, because
directsound uses dB scale and humans need logarithmic. The result is
quite good, please apply the patch.

The conversion routine is based on the math.h exp() and log() functions,
but I think this function not requires lightning fast conversion.
