[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] Gcc4.1 and mingw

Worked on mingw 4.1.0cvs, mingw 3.4.4, gcc o linux: 2.95 4.1.0cvs
so I think it should be ok, anyway mingw 4.1.0cvs produces an executable
that cannot play dvds, the frame i frozen and video is garbled like
scrambled ;(, normal 3.4.4 mingw build is fine, so we need to wait later
4.x versions to have a working compiler.
