[MPlayer-cygwin] Is SSE ok under mingw now?

SSE has been enabled and disabled again many times in the past.
While I didn't encouter any crashes with MPlayer lately many people reported 
that it still crashes with mencoder (especially when resizing?). As long as 
this is not 100% fixed, I will not enable it again.
