[MPlayer-cygwin] Ogg/Vorbis support

Hi @all!

If I want to compile mplayer with ogg/vorbis support and I don't have
libogg and libvorbis installed in /usr/local/... but elsewhere, is it
right to tell ./configure the path with

--with-extralibdir=DIR
and
--with-extraincdir=DIR ?

What exactly must be provided?
This one: --with-extralibdir=/libvorbis/lib/pkgconfig/
or this:  --with-extralibdir=/libvorbis/lib/
