[MPlayer-cygwin] Crash with -sws 0

Hi,

I'm sending this bug report here, because I couldn't test it on Linux to make
proper bug report with gdb.

mplayer.exe 1.avi -vf scale=800:600 -sws 0

crashes with input video resolution of 704x288 and shows only narrow bar on the
left for input resolution 640x364.
