[MPlayer-cygwin] stdin on win32

It's silly, but nosing around Sascha's code, it dawned on me that if
you spawn Mplayer from sh -c or whatever GNU like shell, as a slightly
longer command from cmd.exe, the stdin/stdout works perfectly.
