[MPlayer-cygwin] MPlayer MinGW HOWTO

Hi,
I fixed some of the problems pointed out on the list and put the howto 
together with Reimars zip containing precompiled libs to 
mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/win32-beta 
Thanks for all your feedback.
Reimars package contains a few libs that aren't required anymore and misses
a few libs mentioned in the howto. It would be nice if someone could update 
this package to make compiling even easier.
