[MPlayer-cygwin] systray support patch for windows gui

Yo,

Here's a patch to add systray support for the windows
gui GianLuigi and I have been working on. Should apply
cleanly to his latest. Also changed the dialog boxes
with an "mplayerish" blue background, and added a
skinbrowser option to the main player menu (some skins
don't show a skin browser button.)

Systray menu supports open url, file, and directory,
all playback functions found on the skinned player,
hide player window (show again with double click),
playlist popup, and of course exit :)
