[MPlayer-cygwin] Sascha's gui with fixes and minor additions.

Greetings,

I decided once again to play around with Sascha's gui,
and managed to fix a few things here and there, and
add a little to it. I've commented as best I could
where I made changes or additions. For a short list of
stuff i've done:

- Removed the multi-threading, mplayer runs in a
single thread now.
- Changed open directory to use SHBrowseForFolder,
moved adddirtoplaylist() to playlist.c, and playing a
directory now works as intended.
- Added a new skin browser
- Fullscreen switching now works
- Various L&F changes (colours, window popup
positions)

There are 3 patches in the tarball, a configure patch,
a small mplayer.c patch, and Reimar's variables patch
that he sent to the list a while ago (to fix the
conflict with STREAM_SEEK in objidl.h.)

I'm still playing with it, so i'll see what else I can
fix/add to it. Thought i'd post it in case anyone was
interested.
