[MPlayer-cygwin] Updated MPlaer MinGW HOWTO

Hi folks
I had a look over the MPlayer MinGW HOWTO, as x264 now supports building
unsing ./configure, make and make install. In the progress of rewriting 
the x264 part of the HOWTO, some more changes and updates were done, 
including e.g.
- cvs-checkout with cvs client form msys Developer Tool Kit and not from 
cygwin
- cvs-checkout of libavutil
- update of libregif to fixed v 4.1.6 and live to latest version
- consequently changing back to home directory
- building x264

Any suggestions, or did i miss anything?
