[MPlayer-cygwin] Stopping the screensaver in windows

No, that's not true. It only sends SC_SCREENSAVE / SC_MONITORPOWER to the 
_active_
application, so if the player is not active, the method used in vo_directx 
doesn't help.

Now, this is probably not a problem to most users, so I don't think mplayer 
needs
another way of doing it. However, I would still find it interresting if 
anyone knows how
to simulate keyboard input..
