[MPlayer-cygwin] [ANNOUNCE] cygmp new release, september 28

Hello,

A new package is available at
http://armory.nicewarrior.org/projects/cygmp/

Changes since the last release:
- new installer system based on NSIS
- installer checks versions of cygwin1.dll to avoid conflicts
- improved sub_select code to be happy with multiple sub sources
- sadly, i had to remove tivo vstream support (because I broke it)
- fixed -console, -nosplash, -noboxes
- fixed mencoder bug that was supressing console output
