[MPlayer-cygwin] NOVIRUS- Howto enable -vo zr (or zr2) in Windows?

I have a DC10+ and I read the manual and docs, And i learn howto expand image recize,etc... but zr driver not work!
Using mplayer -vo help, tels to me that zr it´s not available...
I´m a newbie and I apreciate some help about howto view videos through tv out of dc10+...
It´s possible in Windows?
