[MPlayer-cygwin] DLLs etc. for compiling under MinGW

Hi,
for anyone who wants to compile under MinGW, this might help you:
http://studwww.ira.uka.de/~s_doeffi/mpl_mingw32.zip
it contains iconv, freetype and quite a few other libraries, just 
extract in the MPlayer source directory and have a look at the mplmconf 
script for some special configure options you'll need.
Also includes a slightly modified DirectDraw header from wine.
