[MPlayer-cygwin] libfaad2 vs MinGW

Hi!

I just updated the internal libfaad2 with a 2.1 beta CVS snapshot. It
has better performance and plays some samples that would fail with the
2.0 release. There is a drawback for MinGW users, though: It triggers a
compiler bug in the gcc that comes with the latest MinGW/MSYS release.
You will have to update your gcc to get MPlayer to compile properly.
Fortunately, this is a very easy thing to do:

Grab a gcc 3.3.1 (probably the 3.4.1 candidate will work as well)
tarball from

http://www.mingw.org/download.shtml

and unpack it in /mingw/. Everything should work then.

Another issue: Currently the following audio only samples fail under
MinGW (Cygwin and Linux are OK):

http://mplayerhq.hu/~diego/ct_faac.mp4
http://mplayerhq.hu/~diego/ct_nero-heaac.mp4

It's not related to this upgrade, though. It works with pre5 and fails
with current CVS. Any clues?

Diego
