[MPlayer-cygwin] mplayer fatal error on windows 98

This means that after loading ddraw.dll, MPlayer couldn't find the
DirectDrawCreateEx function.  This could indicate that you don't
directx7 installed, which AFAIK is a minimum requirement for vo_directx.
