[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] ao directsound

I added a few doxgen style comments to the ao directsound contributed by
Gabor Szecsi and tryed to clean up few things.

If there are no objections I will commit this tomorrow.
Ao dsound is working a lot better for me than ao win32.
It would be a pitty if it is not included in the next release.
The multichannel stuff can still be added later.
