[MPlayer-cygwin] win32 GUI

Thanks Diego,
I will convert to mp_msg soon.  I forgot to include configure.patch, but I 
just sent out another message that included this file.  I spent some time 
making sure my whitespace was the same, but apparently I missed some so I'll 
work on that and I can add that newline pretty easily.  Also check my message 
on adding libcomdlg32.a to the main source directory before linking in order 
to get a dialog box for opening filenames.
