[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] automatic high-priority

Hi,

I see.
How about this:
	Use by default "abovenormal" priority for Win2K/XP/2k3...
	and "high" priority for older versions of windows.(runtime)

	And make an option to change the priority using something like:
		-priority "normal"|"abovenormal"|"high"....
	or
		-priority 1..99


This way the lowest possible priority is used and if peoples want to 
change it they can.
And -priority makes more sence to me this way;)
