Hi,
In by setup I don't see a need for this so I have to ask..
Why/When is this a good idea?
and why is it on by default?
In theory it's the CPU hogs you have to lower priority for.
But if you want why not make it more general enabling other priorities
than "high"
this could also be useful for mencoder
