[MPlayer-cygwin] questions about ao_dsound

Replying to myself once again ;-)

Channel reordering works, I'm only trying to get it a little faster
now. I think in the long run we should put some universal
channel-reordering infrastructure into mplayer though, because
different file formats DO use different channel orders.

Or has this problem alreday been discussed and mplayer (libavcodec?)
uses a fixed internal channel order? Someone with more knowledge
about all this should look into it.
