[MPlayer-cygwin] questions about ao_dsound

Alright, I finished all my changes (except for the AC3 reordering).
Unfortunately mplayer doesn't compile here right now for unknown
reasons (not related to my changes) and I'm too lazy to investigate
today. So I'll test and send my changes probably tomorrow, or
whenever I could finally test them :-) I tried to change the code as
little as possible.
