A screenshot can be found on my new homepage at http://deje.uw.hu I don't think the binary version should be uploaded as is needs the proper cygwin packages including Cygwin-X and GTK+ installed, and when you install them you can also compile mplayer from source without any problems (just do configure and make) It is exactly like under linux.
