No, you did not.  The fact that you claim otherwise only indicates
that you did not even read it completely.

Then get some.  This is a developer mailing list.

I'll repeat what I have written once again, this time with numbers so
it's easier for you to notice what you have done and what you
haven't.  Notice that only 1) and 3) require source code:

1) Do a "make test" in the libdha subdir and execute "test.exe".

2) Did you follow the instructions in the Windows section of the docs?

3) Did you do "make install"?

4) Are you running as Administrator?

5) Also try "mplayer -vo winvidix:radeon_vid.so"
