[MPlayer-cygwin] gmencoder win32 porting started

Sure.  I've got a package here:
http://armory.nicewarrior.org/projects/cygmp/

Mencoder should work out of the box, cygwin dll included.
If you already have cygwin on your box, just take whichever dll is newer
and copy it over the other one.

Nothing fancy in this build, except for some dll codecs stuff.
Shouldn't matter, though.
