Huh. It always was see libdha/dhahelperwin/dhahelper.[c/h]
You only need the windows driver developmentkit to build dhahelper.sys.
Open a Win2k or Xp build environment and change to the above dir.
Then type build -cZ and it will generate dhahelper.sys
