[MPlayer-cygwin] vidix support on Windows XP

Is it safe to remove the

  win32 && _vidix=no

from configure now?  I would guess so.

I think you should provide the source under GPL, if not in the main
MPlayer tree then in the win32-beta directory on ftp.
