[MPlayer-cygwin] more recent mplayer binary released

Hi, I just uploaded a new mplayer binary release to
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/win32-beta/

Note: this version does not include mencoder. Use the 1.0pre package for
encoding.
Changes:
- uses the matroska c demuxer
- dr disabled by default (uncomment the line if you don't have problems with
it)
- SSE support disabled until the ac3 decoding bug is fixed
- adapter selection support
manpage will hopefully be updated soon
(see my other mail for a short description of the new options)
