[MPlayer-cygwin] [PATCH] [NOSPAM] - Ac3 passthrough ao_win32

I've half done a GUI under Windows too.
During the development, I found it's quite hard to get it working in a
clear way, the code to control the player/x/gtk got, more ol less,
mixed up. Besides, thes a huge main function. :P
I don't whether there'll be a plan to clean-up the code for easier
access in a "component-like" way.
