Looks like some confusion between linux and windows end of lines but I have
no idea
where this might happen. Are you using the cygwin or mingw version? Try the
cygwin version
if you are using mingw. The cygwin version uses cygwin's network emulation
unlike the mingw port
which uses the native windows api.

Dunno, but I think you can ignore these warnings.
Cache always worked find for me on windows.
