[MPlayer-cygwin] win32 mplayer can't play dvd's

If you still have doubts, read libmpdvdkit2/device.c and look for the
phrase "X:" and you will see how win32 dvdread decides to open a raw
device.  The conversion to \\d. whatever crappy form win32 uses
internally is done by dvdread.  Specifying the device that way has been
incorrect for a long time.
