[MPlayer-cygwin] mirror for win32-installer

hy csant and all mplayer-cygwin members,

i got webspace and 50GB traffic. but it's only for 2 months. after that 
i'll have just 17GB traffic - but i think that would be enough.

your mplayer-installer is worth to mirror! especially for all those lamers 
out there ;-)

- do you need ftp-access for the mirror-servers to keep them up2date or do 
you send a newsletter to all mirror-admins to get the new installer?!?
- do you host a mirrorlist with DL-status (server is up/down) ?
