[MPlayer-cygwin] Codecs.conf file

Hello, I apologize in advance if my question is stupid. I never used mplayed before this a few weeks back. So.. The issue is, I want to enable the external codecs, and I do not have a codecs.conf file. I'm using the latest csant build, and I tried more or less everything else too, and none of the installation packages created codecsl conf file. Must I download it seperatly or aquire it in some other way?
