[MPlayer-cygwin] mplayer cygwin installation problem

                   excuse me .
but i have a problem.
i download trhe latest version of cygwin in winXP
computer.
but when installing the mplayer i download also with
cvs i get some problems i don't understand.
when typing make it says it didn't find config.mak
   what must i do
   thank you
