[MPlayer-cygwin] sub titles fail.

This error is not so much an error.  When MPlayer tries to load a font,
it tries the bitmap font first.  If this fails, you get this message.
Then MPlayer goes on to try to load it as a TrueType font.

Try setting font= in your config file, then running mplayer -osdlevel 2
and if you get a counter in the corner showing you how far into the
movie you are, then it works.

They work fine when MPlayer is set up and used properly.  So please
perform the test I described and get back to me.
