Thank you, you helped me, but there are bugs still there.
(I forgot that -vop is obsolete, and -vf is the new option)

 From the man page:
  cropdetect[=0−255] 

  Calculates necessary cropping parameters and prints the recommended 
parameters to stdout.
  The threshold can be optionally specified from nothing (0) to everything 
(255). (default: 24) 

 --
mplayer.exe dvd://1 -dvd-device x:/ -ss 24:00 -ao null -frames 1024 -vf 
cropdetect
Works ok :)
