does voxware codec work for anyone on windows?
i posted the problem to users, but it looks like it works
on linux, shouldve posted it here ;\

i checked with MPlayer dev-CVS-040416-11:47-3.3.1
as well, and checked the md5sum of the codec
from a linux user who reports it working.
